As a fitness professional, wife, and mother of three young boys, I can relate to the challenges you face in finding time for fitness.  In todays world, staying in shape isn't quite as easy as it used to be.  Getting to the gym or exercise in general gets moved to the back burner.  I know how difficult it can be to stick to your fitness plan, especially when you are trying to do it all alone.  It's a lot easier to reach your fitness goals when you have someone there to guide you.  This is why I became involved in the fitness industry -- I truly enjoy helping others to get in shape and stay fit and healthy.  The reason I'm involved with online training is that a lot of people just can't schedule traditional appointments to meet in person with a trainer either due to lack of time or affordability.

With online training, I realized I could still help those people through personalized sessions, just without the face-to-face interaction.  Now I can help anyone, anywhere, get in shape, on their schedule.  It's also a fraction of the cost of a traditional personal training program.
