Natural Mr. Olympia John Hansen had this to say about his favorite gym:
"I train at one of the few hard core gyms left in this area. It's called USA Gym and it is located in Bridgeview, Illinois. It's owned by Chuck Sanow, who is a top national level competitor (2nd place on several occasions at the NPC USA and NPC Nationals and winner of the heavyweight division at the IFBB North America in 1998). The gym is located in an industrial area and has high ceilings and is absolutely HUGE. There are a ton of free weights (dumbbells go up to 160) and lots and lots of machines (the gym has 6 leg press machines alone). There is no air conditioning during the summer and the heat is low during the winter (due to the high ceilings). It's totally hard core and blue collar and it's one of the very few remaining hard core gyms left in this area."

 

                    ATTENTION USA GYM MEMBERS



On August 8th USA GYM will begin moving to it's new location, the intersection

of 76th Avenue and 100th Place. (approximately 1/4 mile west of our current location)

behind ELFCO Electric. The move will be completed in two short phases.

During Phase 1 (weekend of Aug 8) we will move all mats and non-exercise equipment 

related items such as mirrors, mats, ect. Phase II will take place the weekend

of August 13-14 when we will relocate all exercise equipment, machines, weights,

dumbells, ect. This will provide minimal disruption to your workouts. You will be

able to train at either location during Phase II.



VOLUNTEERS  WELCOME  AND APPRECIATED

The new gym will provide ample parking, the same hours of operation,

better climate control, upgraded locker facilities, cardio-TV's, tanning and much more. 

We will remain the best value for the buck when it comes to personal fitness.
