Too many people hire a personal trainer who takes their money and wastes their time. They pretend to work out, the personal trainer gabs a lot and keeps them company - and a year later they still look the same. That doesn't happen to my clients. If you are willing to work hard, I will give you the best no BS training available anywhere, at any price. 

Who am I?

I've been training since 1989, when I coached a team of US Army soldiers to break the Fort Gordon Base record in a 10K race by over four minutes. I've trained martial artists, professional arm wrestlers, and triathletes, as well as total beginners, people with Lupus, Cerebral Palsy, Lipodystrophy, Fibromyalgia, and knee and hip replacements. I've had clients from 14 to 85 years old, and from 83 to 604 pounds. I've run "Fitness Bootcamps" in which people have lost up to 190 pounds! I'm Certified by ACE, AFAA, and NSCA, and have three college degrees. I regularly train people at Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and at apartments, homes, and Condo buildings throughout Chicago and the suburbs.

Img1 FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: Your goal may not be to carry a 257 pound slippery rock around the yard a few times. You may simply want to be able to climb a flight or two of stairs without being winded, or to be able to keep up with the kids or grandkids. Whatever your goal, together we can make it happen. I don't care what kind of shape you are in now. Everyone starts at their own level. I only ask that you work hard. Right now that might mean you lift 100 pounds ... or only 5. HAVE YOU STARTED BEFORE AND QUIT? Usually that happens when you get bored and are seeing no results. I try to keep coming up with new things so your workout is interesting and fun.
